All this in a location that is less than 20 minutes drive from the famous beaches of both the North and South coasts of Cornwall. We're ideally situated between Truro and Falmouth where there are a huge range of shops and restaurants. There are two local pubs and many countryside walks on your doorstep.

Upper Stables is a romantic hideaway nestled in the private countryside of Carclew on the outskirts of Mylor, in easy reach of creeks, beaches and Falmouth. The stables have been lovingly refurbished and boast wood fired hot tub, beams, woodburner, luxurious bathroom - roll top bath and rain shower and a large well equipped kitchen. There are many lovely spots to enjoy; meadow for sundowners, private 1 mile walk - perfect for dog owners, fenced garden with barbecue and fire pit for star gazing.

Peaceful and cosy with stunning views of the sea, our wooden lodge is a special place in a picturesque part of the Roseland in southern Cornwall. Perfectly located for walking, admiring stunning coastlines and fantastic food, the lodge is close to the pretty village of Portscatho and 15 miles from Truro. Guests have free access to the beautiful pool, small gym, sauna and jacuzzi onsite. Just 15 mins walk to a beautiful, dog-friendly beach too! We now have a a smart PAYG EV charging point too!

The Hidden Hutch

Self contained detached building behind our house, private entrance and outside terrace with views over fields towards a distant sea. Peaceful with own parking place, and ten minutes walk to Portloe and the Southwest coastal path. Double bedroom with fridge, and tea making facilities.....separate wetroom, shower, w.c. and basin. 10 mins walk to pub and Veryan stores, quiet with little light pollution, great for star gazing! Fast wifi. No charge for dogs which are welcome! BBQ with coals.

Little House (sleeps 2/3) is in the Roseland Peninsula Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Near South West Coast Path and stunning Portholland and Carne beaches. Bedroom/living room (double bed + sofa bed), shower room, kitchenette. Private, with own fenced in garden, lovely views. (Driveway shared with main house.) Fast broadband, 43in smart TV (Netflix, Prime etc). EV charger and hot tub, both charged separately - pls request in advance. Hot tub: £15 first night, £5 each subsequent night.

This unique cosy cabin is surrounded by the trees with its own entrance and self check-in. It is only a few minutes drive from the sea and the many beautiful beaches of Falmouth. There is good Wi-Fi and Netflix etc. Shower bathroom. Tea and coffee, kettle, toaster also a microwave and fridge, cutlery, glasses and plates. Linen and towels included There is a balcony for alfresco eating and evening drinks in the sunshine. The Cabin is super cosy and has everything you need for a country stay.

St Mawes a 10 minute drive away with fine restaurants and ferry to Falmouth. Take breathtaking coastal walks to beautiful local sandy beaches; Porthbean, Carne and Porthcurnick and the Hidden Hut cafe. Pop into the farm shop on the way. Enjoy watersports on the river. Dine at the nearby renowned Driftwood restaurant or the Standard Inn.

The apartment is a great base to visit the whole of Cornwall.

Welcome to your retreat on the Roseland Peninsula, just five minutes by car, or a 20-minute walk from Pendower & many other beautiful beaches. Here, you hear birds singing and can smell the sea air. The cottage is light-filled and peaceful, with everything you need for a relaxing holiday or to work. It has recently been refurbished and decorated. Two bedrooms for up to five people, a well-equipped kitchen, a large dining table, outdoor eating space, and a cosy sitting room.
