Quiet house with character, Loctudy – Lesconil

Ideally located 1.8 km from the charming port of Lesconil and the large white sandy beach. Living room, open kitchen, living room/wood-burning stove, sofa bed, bathroom: shower and toilet. Upstairs on mezzanine, the staircase to access it is steep, with 2 beds (90 x 200). Beds are made on arrival for a relaxing and rejuvenating vacation. Possibility of lunch/dinner outside in the shared courtyard of this Breton farmhouse (south facing). Baby kit available on request.

Wooden house a stone's throw from the sea

The house is located in a typical village of the Bigouden country where you will enjoy the calm proximity to the points of interest of the area and the beach. You have private access and parking and an outdoor area without vis-à-vis. The house consists of one floor (bathroom, sofa/bed, kitchen, sea view) and ground floor (bedroom and space overlooking the outside). All surrounded by a large garden (allowing us to offer seasonal products) and equipped with fiber.

Excellent base to discover the South Finistère : Our beautiful beaches: the sea (10 km) , heritage ,museums etc . shops ( 5 km). I'll show you the local producers (direct sales, organic ). You'll love my place because of its Calm, large wooded garden, outdoor spaces. My place is good for couples and families (with kids). Airport 10 km away .
