The House Next Door is a vintage-chic modern cottage in the heart of Harbor Springs. Nicely designed throughout, perfect for staying in or to be your home base for endless local activities, many without getting in your car. 8 minute walk to waterfront, restaurants and shopping. Minutes from hiking, biking, beaches. 10 minute drive to ski/golf resorts. A block back from the bluff, close to the hustle of our busy resort town but separated enough for peace and quiet and sounds of nature.

The living area features two comfortable sofas with decorative pillows, situated around a coffee table. Light filters through large windows adorned with sheer curtains, and beach-themed artwork adds a relaxed vibe to the space. A lamp and decorative items enhance the cozy atmosphere.

This is a spacious, beautiful home with all the amenities that is located off of US 31 right in-between Petoskey and Charlevoix. We are one mile south of the bay with access across US 31. We are 8 miles from Petoskey State Park which has a huge, beautiful beach. This home has a large deck perfect for gathering/barbequing. This home is in the quiet community of Bay Shore Estates which is a manufactured home community. Dogs are welcome but see below for breed restrictions ($25 flat fee).

The house is viewed from above, showcasing a split-level structure with a brown roof. Surrounding it are well-maintained lawns and mature trees. The distant horizon features Little Traverse Bay under a partly cloudy sky, enhancing the serene neighborhood setting.
