A few meters from the lot there is an internal park where you can walk and enjoy the green areas. You'll be in the countryside without being so far from the city. Chincha is located just 15 minutes away and Paracas 30 minutes away.

The bungalow has a private pool, two floors and is designed for two people. On the first floor you can find an open space with pool views. Kitchen and dining room are connected to living room. On the first floor, the bungalow also has a terrace. On the second floor you can find the bedroom equipped with a queen size bed. The bathroom has a shower with hot water. Parking is available.
