Beautiful house with swimming pool (1200m2), ideal for spending time with family, quiet area to disconnect from the hustle and bustle of the city. The pool has a children's paddle boat (see photos). Terrace with lounge chairs for relaxing. Grill/artisanal oven area, outdoor dining table, large garden for recreation, games such as Sapito, table soccer, volleyball, kitchen and equipped kitchenware. 5 Furnished bedrooms, each with its own bathroom.
