Gîte Le Sambre

This memorable place is anything but ordinary. The story of our barge, or modern comfort meets the soothing calm of the water, for a total escape. Our barge has not sailed for years but in 2023 was refurbished. The boat dates from 1947, it supplied the barges with drinking water on the Meuse, repatriated about 35 years ago to the Thuin shipyard which no longer exists. It served as a restaurant until 2022 and was then transformed into a gîte.

Entire place – "La Retirée"

Very beautiful country house completely renovated, ideal for 3 people with a beautiful garden. It consists of an equipped kitchen, bathroom with spacious walk-in shower, 2 bedrooms (one double bed and one single bed), living room and workspace. A changing table is also available to guests. The house also offers you the opportunity to enjoy a relaxing moment on the terrace punctuated by the pleasant songs of birds.
