Better than a villa, enjoy our main residence with all its amenities, pool, bar, 2 master suites, large living room with living room, dining room, open kitchen, 3 bathrooms, covered terrace with pizza oven, plancha, basketball basket, shared bocce court, parking, garden, creek on the property (unfenced), 2 children's bedrooms with games and a Brioche cat to cuddle and feed (that's why no other pets are allowed)
