I also discovered 2 passions: surfing and rugby, which I do not practice but which I support like many people from La Rochelle! My partner and I thought of this house as a quiet place to live, with light and soft colors and materials, where family, friends, colleagues can recharge their batteries. Welcome!

This charming independent studio (non-smoking) of 15 m2 on the ground floor and a mezzanine (low ceiling) is located in Les Grandes Rivières between Dompierre-sur-Mer and Sainte-Soulle.

Quiet area 7 minutes by car from the train station, 5 minutes from the city center, 5 minutes from the Beaulieu shopping center. We ask you to empty the garbage cans, fold up the BZ sofa, and put the sheets on the coffee table, without forgetting to make it clean!
