Located a half-mile from the Florida line and just minutes to shopping and entertainment at the Wharf, it's in the sweet spot. This 4th floor beach-front is not too low or high. It feels more like a vacation home than a rental with 2 private king suites, 1450sqft and upscale furnishings with original artwork. Newly decorated Caribe condo is a dream! This condo is in building B on the 2nd floor (3rd because parking is below) & sleeps 8 comfortably. The new 65 inch tv is loaded with all the apps such as ESPN and Netflix. This kitchen has a new refrigerator and all the appliances and cookware needed! The resort has tennis courts, pools, hot tubs, arcade, golf, a marina and a lazy river and cabanas. This is a boaters paradise! This unit also comes with 2 parking passes and additional parking if needed.

This condo is perfectly situated between the beach and the Ole River. Out the back patio door is the pool for those who love to have a pool within sight to watch your children and to enjoy yourself. There are boat docks within feet that are available for renters and for those who love fishing there is a fishing dock and dock house with a cleaning sink. Across the street is the beach for the beach lovers. Just a short drive away is Florabama, shopping, everything for the perfect vacation.
