Our house located at Fotimari, 15 minutes from the port (5.5km asphalt), within our 13000 m2 plot, overlooking green hills full of oak and olive trees, beautiful marked walking ancient trails and the fantastic view of Chora village (Ioulis). This characteristic Cycladic newly build stone house, tastefully decorated provides you with an authentic quiet atmosphere of days long forgotten. This unique stone cottage is the perfect place as a base to explore plenty sandy beaches and the mainland of Kea Island enjoying traditional way of living. Includes a bedroom with double bed, living room with sofa bed for two and fireplace, bathroom, small fully equipped kitchen and private veranda. The old stables in Pera Meria

The property, is the old stables of our estate that we rebuilt to create a comfortable living space (Guest house), while respecting the local traditional architecture. If you like nature, the view of the Aegean, serenity and privacy, you will have the opportunity to enjoy the vacations you dream of and we hope you will love this place as much as we do. It consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a built-in sofa, a small kitchen and another bedroom with two single beds.

Amelia: Beachfront relaxation as never experienced

Serene, amazing and not too far from the action. A place for you to relax. 1,3 kilometers from the port, yet isolated & supremely quiet. The beach is 60 m distance from the property & is accessible through the garden. The house is split into two separate levels (Villa Amelia and Villa Agelos). Amelia's guests have their fully private level, complete with living area, kitchen, 1 master bedroom & toilet, en suite bathroom. They also have their own patios with sea views.

A small cozy apartment on the first floor of a Cycladic house at the top of the traditional village of Ioulida, which is accessible by car. It's ideal to host up to 3 persons for relaxing holidays. Features 1 bedroom with a double bed, a sitting room, kitchen with 1 sofa bed and a bathroom. It has a small balcony in front of the sitting room offering a lovely view to the hills at the north and the sea. It also has a terrace at the entrance of the house.
