For up to 4 people, ONLY the ground floor of the house is available. No deposit, no additional fees, wood included in the price. On the ground floor there is a kitchen, a living room and 2 bedrooms. On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. Access to the lake via a tarmac road, approx. 300 m - approx. 7 minutes on foot. 100 m in a straight line. A lake with a small jetty and a gazebo. Fenced plot, barbecue area, playhouse for children, bonfire area with wood, trampoline, swing. Wi-Fi speed is around 20 Mbps, and due to the proximity of the lake, the signal is weak. Poor mobile network coverage. Basic TV channels.

We offer a two-storey cottage of about 45 sq m with two separate bedrooms, a shared living room with kitchenette, dining room, bathroom and a large terrace surrounded by forest. The plot on which the cottage stands is about 500 m2 and is fenced. In addition, on the large wooden terrace we have a Jacuzzi and a sauna for the guests of the cottage only. Nearby there are several lakes connected by the Zbrzyca River, where canoeing takes place. The waters abound in fish and the forests in mushrooms. Guests have access to a parking lot on the property, Wi-Fi, bicycles, a water marina, a boat, a kayak. I have been visiting this area for 25 years, I love it for its silence, clean air and beautiful landscapes.
