Palmento San Nicolò

Nestled on a quiet country road in the heart of a vineyard planted on Monte San Nicolo, the accommodation includes 2 buildings, a Palmento from 1902 which houses the wine press and its outbuilding which was once used as a tool shed. The two spaces are united by a corten structure with a slatted roof, which provides a shady open plan kitchen and dining area next to a terrace and 4m x 7m salt water swimming pool, built in lava stone, recreating the the colours of the Etna coastline

Casa Gina is located in a private setting, away from the street. It is surrounded by a garden with a hammock and a terrace with a barbecue. The sea can be seen from the living room, the bedroom, and other spots around the house. It has free indoor parking. It has a double bedroom, a living room with a TV, a kitchen with utensils, a refrigerator, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle, and a coffee machine, and 1 bathroom with a bidet and a shower.
