You will appreciate its large garden with no neighbours opposite, the shade of its oaks, and the local wildlife (birds, squirrels, etc.). The calm of nature will recharge your batteries. Its park, its private beach with direct access to the river offer many activities: swimming (progressive water level), fishing, canoeing (at your disposal). Nearby hiking trails will offer you nice walks.

The independent chalet is located on our 7000 m² plot of land adjoining our house.

A walled garden with lower and upper terraces provide a spectacular view across the Aveyron river to wooded hills topped by the Roc d"Anglar. La Chouette is closed in January and February.
