Our adult only gite complex provides you with 17 acres of private peaceful surroundings. We are nestled in a tranquil valley close to a bustling village on the banks of the Lot river. Our gites are an easy drive to the Dordogne. Your self catering accommodation is situated in a small complex with three gites, allowing you to unwind and relax.

Near Frayssinet-le-Gélat, a few minutes from the river Lot, La Libellule and Le Papillon gites at Les Leroux, are a beautifully converted barn set in a rural location amidst rolling fields and woodland. The barn has been converted into 2 gites, each having 3 bedrooms, bathroom and open-plan living area with fully equipped kitchen, individual patios, equipped with barbecue and garden furniture. Le Tonneau at Canel

This 4-person cottage is the perfect place to unwind and find peace and quiet in the French countryside. Le Tonneau is set in one of the wings of an old chateau and is nice and spacious, 70m². The cottage is ideal for a family with 2 kids, has 2 bedrooms - one king size and two twins. The kids can run around freely without any fear of cars. The pool is fenced off to protect the younger ones from falling in. Come and enjoy the space, greenery, starts and the sound of the birds again.

You will find a swimming pool (4x 8 meters) surrounded by a terrace. You will have direct access from the property to hiking and mountain biking trails. The cottage is unfortunately not suitable for wheelchairs.

Attached to a freshly restored Périgourdine house, the cottage is located in the countryside, quiet but close to Villeréal, Bastide of the XII century, and Issigeac, very pretty medieval village. A beautiful place to relax and rest after visiting the famous medieval Bastides such as Monflanquin, Castillonnes, Monpazier, Beaumont du Périgord and others in the Canton of Haut Agenais Périgord. Less than 30 minutes from Bergerac and its vineyards.
