My house is in the heart of Peñiscola, within the spectacular walls that served as a filming location for Game of Thrones. It's the most picturesque and authentic part of the city, making it worthy of being considered one of the most beautiful towns in the Mediterranean. This house has belonged to my family for generations, so it's very special to me. After careful renovation and the addition of quality amenities, we've tried to preserve its authenticity and soul to share with our guests the simple luxury of living on the Mediterranean coast. The apartment is located in a typical Mediterranean house, so there is no elevator, and it's not ideal for people with mobility issues or babies. The small apartment, 35 m², with a maximum capacity of 2 guests, includes the following spaces: - Bedroom with a large queen-size bed (150 x 200 cm) to ensure a good night's sleep, LED lighting, sea views, and access to the outdoor terrace. - The space includes two reading lamps and a mirrored wardrobe. - Fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, microwave, coffee maker, blender, refrigerator, toaster, etc.) and cooking utensils. Basic cooking ingredients are provided, as well as complimentary tea, jams, and herbal infusions. Kitchen paper, dishcloth, dish soap, and a sponge are also provided, saving you the inconvenience and expense of purchasing these essential items. - Dining area with a table, comfortable wicker chairs, a flat-screen TV, and access to a balcony overlooking Calle Mayor, a picturesque street. Two chairs are provided for enjoying the view from the balcony. - Storage area with a large additional wardrobe for conveniently storing luggage. - Bathroom with a shower, hydromassage column, and screen for a relaxing bath. Toiletries such as shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, and a hairdryer are provided. We provide bed linen and two towels (one for the bath and one for the hand) per guest. For longer stays, we clean and change all bed linen twice a week at no extra charge. We offer free high-speed fiber optic Wi-Fi (1000 Mbps), allowing you to stay connected or work remotely. The apartment features a high-quality ducted air conditioning system (3000 BTU) and heating, ensuring a comfortable stay in both winter and summer.

The Sea Experience aparthotel in Alcossebre is a recently built complex located on the beachfront of El Cargador Beach and 550m from the center of Alcossebre. Check the prices for the spa, parking, etc. The 50 m² apartment has 2 bedrooms with capacity for 3/5 people (without see views). The photos of the terrace are indicative and at no time do they reflect the height or exact position of the apartment that you reserve as you have several apartments of the same type in the Aparthotel.
