Laryssiou Suite, the lower floor. Also rentable together with Casa Laryssiou, which is the entire upper floor. The house is built against a mountain, the studio is on the lower floor and accessible via a small staircase on the side of the house. It is a 2 room studio with one bedroom with double box spring, a kitchenette and a bathroom. There is no terrace. When renting the studio, 1 small, 1 large bath towel and a beach towel are included per person. Greek TV.

Θέρμανση αυτόνομη, AC, ηλιακό θερμοσίφωνα, Wi-Fi, smart TV, αυλή 100τμ με γκαζόν, ξαπλώστρες και τέντα. Στην διάθεση σας υπάρχει θέση πάρκινγκ. Το κατάλυμα βρίσκεται σε πολύ ήσυχο σημείο μόλις 10 λεπτά από το κέντρο της Καλαμάτας.

Stone Villa with garden and 5mins from the beach

A traditional stone house of 90 sq.m. in Ano Riglia, Messinia surrounded by a big, beautiful garden of 1000 sq.m. The house is over 200 years old but has recently been refurbished to a great standard. The original style has been maintained with stone walls and exposed wooden beams but decoration is modern and minimal. The house sleeps 6 people comfortably and is child friendly.

The apartment is 150m from the beach where there are restaurants and coffeshops, 1.5Km from the port where is the center in the summer, 3Km from the main square and 10Km from the airport.
