A unique cottage with a partial glass roof, built in 2019, in a naturally beautiful environment by the lake. The cottage has a microwave, kettle, coffee maker, refrigerator and toaster. You can only enjoy ready meals. Fireplace/shelter on the beach. Parking space in the yard. In winter, you can walk on the ice. 17 km to the airport, 13 km to the nearest City market and 17 km to the city center. The host lives in the same yard. Guests are allowed to move freely in the yard. The neighbors' yards are private.

Tunnelmallinen studio-lomamaja puiden keskellä kauniin järven äärellä. Mökissä tupa (25m2), sauna ja kylpyhuone. Tuvassa keittiönurkkaus, takka, TV, ruokapöytä, kaksi sänkyä, pieni sohva ja nojatuoli. Ulkoverannalla pöytä ja tuolit. Alueella voi uida, kalastaa, marjastaa, metsästää, patikoida, hiihtää, lumikenkäillä ja moottorikelkkailla. Lisää liikuntapaikkoja ja muita käyntikohteita 15-30 minuutin ajomatkan päässä. Joustan mielelläni sisään- ja uloskirjoittautumisessa aina kun mahdollista.

The sauna section of the house has a chamber with overnight accommodation and a very good wood-burning sauna. The sauna wing was built in the 70s and the surfaces of the sauna and washroom have been renovated in the spring of 2023. Sleeps up to 5 guests. Dog guests are also welcome for an additional fee

Welcome to 'Lapland Lights' - our cosy cottage in the friendly village of Svanstein, 10km north of the Arctic Circle. Stunningly located on the shore of lake Kuittasjärvi, Lapland Lights is a peaceful base for fishing and outdoor adventures in summer, and for skiing, husky tours and reindeer safaris in the winter. And, of course, ideal for spotting the Northern Lights! The house is newly renovated and in the outbuilding is a traditional wood-fired sauna with gorgeous views over the river.

In the main house kitchen, dining area and living room. A separate toilet equipped with a washer and dryer, as well as an electric sauna and shower with a toilet. Two bedrooms (each with a double bed), a loft with a sofa bed (120x200) and, if necessary, 2 extra beds. In addition, a walkout from the main building upstairs to an additional room with two beds, lounge chairs and a small refrigerator for 2. The yard also has an outdoor sauna and a glazed grill house.
