Charming cottage with all the amenities on a large plot. The distance to the center of Rovaniemi is only about 25 km. The distance to Santa Claus Village or the airport is also about 25 km. No public transport. The roads are well maintained even in winter. The cottage is easy to get to. If you wish, transportation can be arranged by Mercedes Benz Vito car for an additional fee. Rentoudu koko perheen kanssa tässä rauhallisessa majapaikassa. Perunkajärvi on rauhallinen 13km pitkä puhdasvetinen järvi. Kesällä voi kalastaa ja talvella pilkkiä. Mökin sijainti on todella rauhallinen, naapureita ei ole lähellä. Ranta on hiekkapohjainen hyvä uintipaikka. Kohteessa on puilla lämmitettävä rantasauna. Pyyhkeet ja liinavaatteet sisältyvät hintaan. Lentokentälle on matkaa noin 25km. Rovaniemen keskustaan 35km

An atmospheric house on the shore of the Kemijoki River

The naturally beautiful Kemijoki beach is about an hour's drive from Rovaniemi, 65 km towards Kuusamo. I recommend renting a car. Fully equipped 75 m2 cottage with two bedrooms, kitchen, sauna, bathroom, porch and terrace. There is a beach near the cottage (about 700 m). Opportunities for snowmobiling, fishing, berry picking and hunting, as well as hiking. There is a boat launch about 1.2 km away.

Lovely old country house situated 23 km from the center of the town of Sodankylä. 140 km north of the Arctic Circle (Rovaniemi), only 81 km from Kittilä Airport. 93 km from the Finland's biggest and best ski resort Levi. 123 km to Ylläs ski resort and 60 km to Luosto ski resort. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. This is an excellent place to work remotely.
