A peaceful and natural log cabin with a lakeside sauna and a separate storage building on the shore of Venejärvi in Misi. The cottage has a basic level of equipment. For cooking, there is a small oven, electric stove, microwave and a fireplace outside. Refrigerator and small freezer for food storage. Beach sauna and low sandy beach. There is a pier on the beach. The use of the boat and canoe is included in the rent. Fishing equipment in the warehouse. It's nice to feel alone here in the middle of nature.

Welcome to the wild isolation of Eastern Lapland! This country house, built in the 70s, has served as the main building of a reindeer farm, a loving home, grandma’s place, and a shelter for a bunch of cats, dogs, and motherless reindeer babies. Decades have given this house a unique character. It is located between a fish-filled pond and the River Luiro. A small village shop is approximately 2 km away. Massive reindeer herd sightings and hangouts are guaranteed in the wintertime!

Small log cabin with lakeside sauna

A log cabin ambiance on the banks of the River Kitisenjoki, just 2 km from the center of Sodankylä. Bedrooms for five. A log sauna with a wood stove and a redesigned terrace with open flames for barbecue. In front of the sauna, a new pier with access to the river to freshen up. There's also a chance to rent various kayaks, canoes, and sup boards at a low cost. We also organize guided paddles, as well as guidance to the beginnings of kayaking.

Atmospheric house on the banks of the Kemijoki River

The naturally beautiful Kemijoki beach is about an hour's drive from Rovaniemi, 65 km towards Kuusamo. I recommend renting a car. Fully equipped 75 m2 cottage with two bedrooms, kitchen, sauna, bathroom, porch and terrace. There is a beach near the cottage (about 700 m). Opportunities for snowmobiling, fishing, berry picking and hunting, as well as hiking. There is a boat launch about 1.2 km away.
