There are a variety of shopping facilities for everyday needs, several doctors and pharmacies, a hairdresser, a petrol station, an indoor swimming pool and a riding facility. There is also a baker directly in Hemmendorf.

Relax on over 100 square meters of living space on the first floor of a former farm. The apartment is located in the main town of the Ottensteiner plateau in the middle of the beautiful Weser Uplands! Explore the area of the plateau on well signposted hiking trails. Beautiful Weser bike path is also close by. The nearby spa town of Bad Pyrmont or the rat catcher city of Hameln are worth a trip. A trip to Bodenwerder (Lügenbaron von Münchhausen) is recommended.
