There is a sandy beach 50m away. At 400m there is a refreshment stand, a bar and a market for essentials and at 500m there is a tavern with excellent food. Neos Marmaras at 8Km and Nikiti at 12Km provide the opportunity for all kinds of entertainment, walks in a cosmopolitan environment, food and shopping in their rich markets.

The two level house (30 meters from the sea) consists of a nicely decorated living room with WC, that leads to a fully equipped kitchen which has direct access to the garden for outdoor dining. On the first level, there is a bathroom and 2 bedrooms with their own balcony, one of which has a magnificent view of the sea. The house has stone floors which makes it cool,especially during the summer! It has also an outside douche, kiosk and barbeque. The house is part of a complex called Kallidendro.

The villa, located in Halkidiki, offers a unique view on the gulf of Posidi and Olympos Mountain. The residence of 250 m2 has a capacity to accommodate 7 people: the living room, the kitchen, 3 rooms (2 rooms with a double bed, one room with 2 single beds), 2 bathrooms with toilets and an independent toilet are situated at the first floor. A master room with its bathroom and the office are situated at the second floor. The house is ideal for 2 couples with 2 kids each or 6 adults with 2 kids.
