Lovely apartment on the Colombier Haut property, situated on a hilltop in a quiet cul de sac with beautiful surrounding countryside views. This self-contained apartment is separate to the main property where the owners live all year round. The 36m² apartment boasts a double ensuite, lounge & kitchen with its own balcony. The lounge sofa unfolds into a double bed. In the secluded garden is a 10m x5m pool with roman end and alarm that can be used from June to September. Brick built bbq.

This peaceful home offers a relaxing stay. At the top of a hill on 8 acres of woods and meadow, the fully restored gite. Calm and serenity guaranteed, it is 10 min from Villeneuve-sur-Lot and 20 min from Agen. The cottage, completely independent, is located in the park, without vis-à-vis with the owners house and 1 other cottage.
