Charming 120 m2 house in a unique setting on the fountain square of this royal manufactory. Small listed village, located 2 minutes from Clermont-l'Hérault, peaceful, quiet, surrounded by scrubland and close to the Cirque de Mourèze. Ideal for lovers of quiet nature holidays (hiking, mountain biking, etc.) close to Lac du Salagou, and the Gorges de l'Hérault. 40 minutes from the beaches, 15 minutes from Pezenas, 35 minutes from Montpellier. Out of respect for the quiet village, our house does not allow big parties.

Ce logement parfaitement situé offre un accès facile à tous les sites et commodités. Des petits commerces de proximité à la piscine municipale sans oublier les chemins pour partir balader au travers des vignes et autres cultures…. Tout est accessible à pieds de la maison! Logement peu adapté pour des enfants en bas âge. 2 escaliers. Vous pouvez louer le linge de maison parure lit 2 places + 2 grandes serviettes de toilettes +2 torchons 20€ parure lit 1 place + 1 grande serviette de toilette 10€

Completely renovated, this modern loft is composed of 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed of 180 and the other with 2 single beds. A large fully equipped kitchen opens to the living room with fireplace and overlooks a large private terrace that is enclosed and not overlooked. Guests can enjoy the pool area which includes a large swimming pool but also a paddling pool for the little ones, a summer kitchen with gas bbq and brazier We are located in the countryside and a vehicle is required.
