One bedroom condominium located in the heart of the Lakes Region at Condominium Suites at Lake Winnipesaukee. Front unit directly across from Paugus Bay on Lake Winnipesaukee. Beautiful sunsets over the lake from the balcony! Condo is fully furnished and has it's own internet router. There is a queen size bed in the bedroom and a daybed with two twins in the bedroom as well. Just minutes from Laconia Hospital, Gunstock, Weirs Beach and lots of restaurants.

The living area features a comfortable sofa and armchair positioned around a wooden coffee table. A gas fireplace is located under a mounted TV, with large sliding doors providing a view of the water and access to the outdoor deck. Soft, natural light fills the room.
