Second story apartment is a newly renovated space over hosts' garage (guests must be capable of climbing one flight of spiral stairs). It has a full kitchen (Including dishwasher), full bath (shower only - no tub), nice sized bedroom with queen bed and closet. Second story large private deck. NO DIRT ROADS TO PROPERTY! Adults only and (sorry!) no pets.

The Studio is a moderate sized living quarters set up purposely for lounging, relaxing, personal entertainment and rest. Set within the compound of a historical property (The Box T Ranch built in 1902), the studio is the perfect home plate for all your Southern Arizona adventures. Our house is just a short 20 minute drive to Patagonia Lake gate, Patton's hummingbird center, 4 minute drive or 20 minute walk. We are directly on the Arizona trail within minutes to numerous other hikes! If you keep traveling on Harshaw there are plenty of great ATV trails. You’ll love our place because the views are great and the beds are extremely comfortable. We just completed a remodel in October 2022.
