A room in a quiet area

I will rent a comfortable, bright room in a quiet area surrounded by a forest. The Polanica promenade is within a 10-minute walk through the forest (a popular shortcut) or a little further along the asphalt road. Equipment: kitchenette + pots, pans, dishes and cutlery. Comfortable double bed with the possibility of adding an extra bed. Wardrobe with mirror, dresser, ironing board, iron, TV with Netflix apps. There is a barbecue and a table with chairs. The area is very quiet with a view of the mountains.

Bukowe Zacisze

An atmospheric 1920s house exclusively with a private sauna, hot tub and private entrance. On the ground floor there is a living room with a fireplace and a large folding corner sofa, a spacious kitchen with a dining area, a bathroom with a shower and a sauna. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The house is located on a fenced plot, adjacent to the owners' house and is at the foot of Szczytnik mountain. The windows overlook the meadows and hills.

Szalka zbudowana jest w całości z drewna, usytuowana na wysokiej platformie drewnianej, z nową (2026 r), dodatkową sypialnią na parterze z przeszkleniami i projektorem . Tu wyśpicie się jak nigdy. Największą przyjemność sprawia siedzenie na tapicerowanym parapecie lub w hamaku i patrzenie na las, łąkę i przemykającą zwierzynę. Mamy też grillu i ognisku. Koniecznie wybierzcie się w góry. Zwiedzić można od nas całą Kotlinę. Jesteśmy idealnym miejscem wypadowym. Upieczemy dla Was domowy chleb.

Designed for 4-7 people, the Studio will accommodate a family, a group of friends, two couples, or even two families. You will find a spacious fireplace with a seating area with large glazing for playing with children, dancing or yoga, a kitchen with a dining room for 10 people, a stone terrace with a coffee table, sofa and armchairs, and two lockable bedrooms.

In the Heart of the Valley - Adam's Cottage

A cozy cottage in the heart of the Kłodzko Valley created for those who want to relax and be in contact with nature. It comfortably accommodates 8 people, there are two bedrooms, a spacious living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen and two bathrooms. A private wood-fired hot tub and barbecue area guarantee an unforgettable holiday. An ideal base for exploring mountain trails and local attractions. This is where the road ends and the real relaxation begins.

Chalet

A wooden cottage, located by the forest in a secluded corner with a beautiful view of the mountains for 8 people. A secluded charming place especially recommended for people who want to relax in peace and quiet. Minimum rental period is 2 days. Check-in is until 7 p.m. Check-out by 12:00. About 100 m away is my second cottage for 6 people called Klimcia. I do not provide towels. The price applies to the entire cottage regardless of the number of people.

Samozřejmostí jsou espresso kávovar (káva v ceně), bluetooth Bose reproduktor nebo vysoké americké pružinové postele. Vytápění pomocí krbu, v koupelně podlahové topení. Přímo pod chatou je možné parkování zdarma.
