Studio de 13 m2 situé dans une petite copropriété, bien ensoleillée, ambiance refuge confortable avec une ENTRÉE INDÉPENDANTE. Le couchage est DANS LA MEZZANINE. Le studio est bien placé à proximité des transports en commun, à 5 mn de la gare SNCF de CHEDDE et de l'arrêt de bus. L'entrée de l'autoroute est à 10 minutes en voiture et à 1 heure de l'aéroport de Genève. Les commerces se situent à 5 minutes en voiture. Le propriétaire est disponible et attentif et présent dans l'appartement contigu.

Comfortable studio on the ground floor of a nice chalet, ideally located, close to the center of Sallanches ( 10 minutes walk, 3 minutes by bike), in a small quiet subdivision, at the end of a dead end. The lake of Passy is 10 minutes by bike, the first ski resort 20 minutes by car (Combloux), Chamonix 30 minutes. The studio has a small kitchenette equipped but summary, a separate entrance, a desk for work and a bathroom, as well as a beautiful view of the Mont Blanc and the Needle of Warens!

Our studio apartment is the perfect place to stay for summer or winter mountain adventures. In summer, enjoy stunning hikes from outside the front door, a great network of mountain bike trails and the best road biking in the Alps. In winter, the nearest ski lifts are just a 5 min drive away. Comfy double bed, well equipped kitchen and bathroom, private parking for cars or motorbikes and secure storage for your road/mountain bikes or skis make it the ideal base for couples & solo adventurers!

The studio is a small building, one room 12 metres square, and a separate shower, 120cm square, and WC with basin. The price is low because its small, but there is everything you need. Its comfortable, warm and well insulated. There is a large balcony with table and chairs. There is limited wifi access on the balcony, but no signal inside. It is only available Sat to Sat during the school holidays. For stays of 5 nights or more linen and towels are provided, otherwise it can be hired.

Quaint riverside apartment with mountain views

The apartment has its own entrance which opens straight into the living area (with kitchenette - mini oven, microwave, gas hob, fridge freezer, kettle and cafetiere). The day bed in this room turns into a comfortable single bed. Next door is the double bedroom. You are guaranteed a great night's sleep in the antique brass bed. The shower room with copper sink, shower cubicle and toilet is en-suite to the bedroom. Guests can sit by the river and enjoy a barbecue or a good rest!

Ideally located whether in winter for the ski slopes or in summer for hikers we are 12 minutes from Saint Gervais les Bains, 20 minutes from Combloux, 25 minutes from Contamines Montjoie, Megève and Chamonix and 5 minutes from the Thermes de St Gervais Perfect for a couple looking for peace and quiet while being at the center of tourist attractions and activities.

One bedroom apartment ideally located in a quiet street in the heart of the village of Saint Gervais. A 15 minutes walk to Le Bettex ski lift, It is close to all amenities including the tourist office and the ski school. The free shuttle to the Bettex ski lift is just down the road. (With a surface area of ​​39 m2, it can accommodate up to 2 adults and 2 children or 3 adults (because the size of the sofa bed mattress is 140cm*180cm). The apartment also has a ski locker.

Welcome to our cozy 17sqm cabin in the woods, perfect for your next mountain holiday. With Mont Blanc gracing the horizon, you'll be treated to breathtaking views. Please note that this lovely tiny home is situated away from the town centre. It is about 1 hour on foot, 10 minutes by bus, or 4 mins by car. Also, this is the last year Le Cabin de Cerro will be available to book on Airbnb. April 2026 the cabin will undergo an extension and will no longer be a tiny home.

My 40 m2 apartment benefits from great comfort and a cozy and warm atmosphere. It is located on the 3rd and top floor (no elevator). Its east/south/west facing balcony offers magnificent panoramic views of Mont Blanc, Mont Joli... Close to Chamonix, Les Houches, Saint Gervais, Megève and 10 minutes from Plaine Joux (skiing, paragliding, hiking...). Shuttle at the foot of the building.
