The house is within an Environmental Protection Area, embedded in nature, including juçara palm trees, ferns and other beauties of the Atlantic Forest. At the bottom of the land passes the crystalline Alambari River, which separates our land from the Itatiaia National Park. The house is in a region close to the emerald wells of Serrinha. It's an enchanted place!

The chalet in Campo Redondo at 1500 meters altitude, 32 km from Itamonte, being between the State Park of Serra do Papagaio and Itatiaia National Park, in the municipality of Itamonte, MG. Next to a masterpiece of nature, the Fragária waterfall, with a drop of about 100 metres, a complementary attraction to the stay. The cottage is a hexagonal open space, with amenities for 2 guests. Possibility of a third guest upon payment of a fee and provision of an extra bed.

3000 m2 site surrounded by an Atlantic Forest in a protected area. The main house is a modernist chalet designed in 1962 by architect and artist Levy Menezes (1922-1991). The property is within the Itatiaia National Park. To access Guapuruvu Residency, you must identify yourself at the Park entrance as a residential visitor. Space not suitable for children and the elderly. Pets are not permitted in the Park. Satellite Internet.
