The cottage is an outbuilding of the house. Rehabilitated in Sept 2019, you can enjoy the garden, swimming pool (subject to authorization and deposit) and a view of madness. Au coeur du Parc Naturel Régional du Vercors, perchés dans un autre monde, votre refuge panoramique, niché sur un petit plateau, laisse vos yeux ébahis contempler les falaises plongeantes des Goulets, la profondeur à perte de vue du Cirque de Léoncel ou la quiétude du petit verger qui abrite des arbres magnifiques, mais aussi trois lamas, un cheval et un mouton.

Just at the end of the pool, the Orangerie finds its place , facing south, with in front of it the garden cuddled by the light shade of the Tricentenary Olivier! With all the comforts of A/C and heating, a nice little bathroom, a kitchenette, a large friendly studio with a decor mezzanine. The brand new 160 wide sofa bed, from the Sofa House!! Great comfort!
