Welcome to Titchfield Views, Catisfield. A private annex overlooking Titchfield Village, Hampshire. Close to Whiteley, Segensworth, Fareham College and local Navy Establishments. Separate from the main house, Titchfield Views has a private entrance and consists of a double bedroom, a wet-room bathroom (shower, no bath), a spacious lounge diner, a kitchen and a private decking area, a work space area with USB charging points. Good WiFi fully available throughout annex. TV has TNT & Sky Sports.

The Garden Wing is a very special tranquil place

This unique place has a style all its own. Designed in a Japanese way with it's own Water Garden, terrace and boardwalk. Ideal for a family and children will love The Garden Wing, but there is access to the Japanese water garden, and bedroom 3+4 have unguarded stairs to unuseable mezzanine bunks ( see photos). If in any doubt about suitability.....please message me before booking. It is perfect for 6 people, but has beds for 8 EV charger. Oct-Mar + Midweek availability message me first please

Exceptional room and study area.

This is the majority of a furnished annexe (no kitchen) located in Burridge , which is half-way between Portsmouth and Southampton. About a mile away from both Swanwick Marina and Park Gate village, Swanwick train station is 15 minute walk. With it's own entrance comprising of main bedroom/sitting area, separate study area and separate shower room. There is space to park a car off the road. A convenient base to visit Winchester, Portsmouth, Southampton and The New Forest. Self check in.

Welcome to Shri’s palace , a spacious flat in Sarisbury Green. Perfectly located between Southampton and Portsmouth, with lovely walks, pubs, restaurants and the Hamble River less than a 10 minute walk away. We have large spacious flat with a fully equipped modern kitchen. We have private parking for 1 car and the property faces the woodlands that make for lovely strolls. This flat was built in April 2025 and is equipped to the high standards of modern technology and furnishings.

The Warsash Annex

The unit is a completely self-contained extension of the existing property. It is has been recently built to a high specification, including a very comfy bed. It is located in the heart of Warsash village, walking distance from all amenities. It is ideally suited for a very comfortable, short stay. Wifi is included as are all utility bills. There is a lot of storage space and a private entrance from the driveway where there is space for 1 car to park.
