You can visit the wind farm a few meters from the apartment, in the open countryside in absolute silence and quiet. A few km from the southwest coast, crystal clear water and enchanting beaches including Capo Teulada, Chia, Tuarredda; you can practice the sport Kitesurf in Punta trettu a few km away. Carloforte S. Antioco, the two islands of southwest Sardinia are just a few kilometers from the house. In addition to July and August, it is beautiful in June and September, less crowded.

The beautiful Villa Sa Rocca Manna is located in the village of Chia and is part of a complex that consists of 3 villas with private entrances and outdoor spaces. This holiday home combines modern comfort with rustic charm and has 2 floors. It consists of an open-plan living room with a sofa bed, a dining area and a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms (one of them with a double bed and a single bed) as well as 2 bathrooms (one of them with a luxurious rain shower).

Set in the countryside and surrounded by unspoiled nature, it offers peace and privacy while staying close to the sea. Every year we focus on improving our guests’ comfort. For 2026, we completely renovated the kitchen and added a dishwasher and a large fridge, plus an automatic gate at the entrance for easier access.
