A multi purpose contemporary space. It offers a seperate bedroom and bathroom. In the main living area there is a double size pull out sofabed and comfortable seating and dining plus a 75 inch smart TV and Sky TV. The bedroom has a small TV with a chromecast . Guests are welcome to use the outdoor area and spa pool which is located next to the main house. A continental breakfast is supplied. Close to beach, shops, cafes and restaurants. Less than 500 metres to the beach and Raumati village, the studio unit fits 2 people comfortably but can sleep up to 3. A five minute stroll to several cafes and eatery's. Fully self contained with small bathroom and kitchenette. Approximately 40 minutes to Wellington city. You will be welcomed by our friendly and enthusiastic dog who lives in the contained back yard of our place.
