Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. The studio is located on an easily accessible road, near the Port of Paranaguá, 3 minutes from the city center, close to a supermarket, pharmacy, gas station, Municipal Market, Rua da Praia (exits to Ilha do Mel and many others), cathedral, aquarium, museum, Santuário do Rocio. The building is new and has an automated security system, with a covered individual garage, a residential area, and is very well equipped!
