Located in Paralimni and near Ayia Napa, our clean and modern space features two shared pools, high-speed Wi-Fi, and Netflix. Conveniently located, it's just a 10-minute walk to downtown and April 1st Avenue's shops and services. Ayia Napa and Protaras are only a 12-minute drive away. 1 bedroom apartment on 1st floor in a luxurious resort in kapparis area in protaras. 5-10 minutes walking distance from the 3 fascinating beaches. Just 200 meters from the kapparis main avenue,where you can find many restaurants,pubs, supermarkets, kids play ground and bus stops.In the bedroom there is 1 large double bed and 1 single one,where can stay 2 adults & a child. In the living room there are 2 soffas. On request a camp bed can be placed for another person.( or a cod bed for a baby).
