We are a mother-daughter duo from Cyprus looking forward to hosting you in a fully equipped 2 BR 2 BATH condo. Located in Paralimni and near Ayia Napa, our clean and modern space features two shared pools, high-speed Wi-Fi, and Netflix. Conveniently located, it's just a 10-minute walk to downtown and April 1st Avenue's shops and services. Ayia Napa and Protaras are only a 12-minute drive away. A comfortable 2 bedroom apt, situated on the picturesque hill of St Ilias. The award winning beach of Protaras is a 15 minute walking distance or a 3 minute drive. The 2012 apt has been carefully decorated in Greek island style using white and blue colors with expensive furniture and lavishing details. The apt has a very big veranda, furnished with dinner table, sofas and coffee table. It is part of a block of houses and apts with a remote control main entrance and a big pool.

Cozy family apartment for your joyful holiday

Cozy apartment for a couple or family in a quiet Kapparis area in one of the best condos in Protaras. There is everything you need for a comfortable and long stay. The nearest beach is 900 m, and 2 more beaches within walking distance. On the territory there is a nice swimming pool with a kid zone and a bar, a gym, a private parking space reserved for our guests, a tennis court and a children's playground. There are several great cafes and restaurants and shops in the area.
