It is built in a panoramic position above the sea, overlooking the Aegean and the coastline. At the same time, it is only a 2-minute walk from the center of the village and the nearby crystal-clear, turquoise beaches. The house is 50 m² and features a private 36 m² stone-paved courtyard where you can enjoy the sea and the horizon.

The residence is built at the foot of Xirovouni in Central Evia. Xirovouni is a continuation of Dirfys and although its name is full of rich and dense vegetation. Fir trees, plane trees and oaks are the scenery of the area and the view of the house. Our apartment is a quiet and cozy ground-floor home in Agioi Apostoloi, Evia. It’s 82 sq.m. with a fireplace, heating, and A/C. It hosts 5–6 guests with 2 double-bed bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room with sofa bed and crib (upon request), and 1 bathroom. It has a large yard and private parking. Just 2 minutes by car from the sea and village center—ideal for year-round relaxation!

Tsekouras_Chalet

The house is located in a wild fir forest. There is no mobile phone signal except in certain areas and at the top of the mountain. It is aimed at people who love nature and the great outdoors. A ‘high’ car or 4x4 is required, as the road is quite challenging, especially in the winter months. Lighting a fire, using a wood-burning stove and operating a gas cooker should be among the guest’s basic skills.
