Wellanidia Cottage is a small stone house (about 35 square meters) which is almost completely crowned by an ancient oak tree. The guest house is located on a 1600 sqm property, which is located opposite the village of Skoutari. In the immediate vicinity is my tower house and further down on the property a pottery workshop. You are totally on your own here and neither from the village nor from the surrounding path can you see the terrace area. The view of the Aegean Sea is unobstructed

Beautiful and comfortable house with wood and stone that takes you through the local tradition. It has two bedrooms with wooden floors that can sleep 6 guests. Access to the kitchen and bathroom is from the terrace, as shown in the photos. It has a shared courtyard with the chapel next door, where the neighbourhood children can play safely. There is access to it by car up to the door of the house for short-term parking, but 24-hour parking is prohibited.

"Valavani House" is a spacious stone house literally on the sea. It is a two-storey house with an indoor and outdoor staircase. On the first floor there are 4 bedrooms and a bathroom. Two bedrooms with direct sea view and two bedrooms at the back of the house. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen and another bathroom, a comfortable living room and a dining area with a breathtaking view of the sea, as if you were on a ship.
