There are a/c units in the living rooms and in the bedrooms, along with ceiling fans. The property has a lot of space in the back, with a shared pool and big garden with fruit trees.

It is located 6km (less than 10 minutes by car) from Kardamili and 9km (about 15 minutes drive) from Stoupa. The nearest beach is Kalamitsi (about 4km) and is ideal for children.
