Βρίσκεται στην καλύτερη τοποθεσία της Στούπας,καθώς η πρόσβαση στη παραλία της Καλόγριας είναι δυνατή εντός 2λεπτών μέσω σκαλιών που βρίσκονται στα 10μ. από το διαμέρισμα,ενώ παράλληλα η πρόσβαση στο κέντρο της Στούπας είναι επίσης ξεκούραστη αφού διαρκεί το πολύ 5λεπτά με αργό περπάτημα.Το διαμέρισμα είναι μόλις ανακαινισμένο και η πανοραμική θέα του μπαλκονιού είναι αδύνατον να περιγραφεί.Είναι ένας μοναδικός συνδυασμός βουνού και θάλασσας.

This newly built stone house with amazing pool was added by the owners to their existing house, situated in a large olive garden in the beautiful countryside overlooking the Messinian Sea. Blending perfectly with the traditional mani style, tastefully selected furniture and fabrics were used to decorate this special home. Amazing views to the mountains and the sea, completed by a roof top terrace for relaxing sun sets you will find plenty of space and privacy for a perfect holiday experience.

Built in line with the local tradition of stone towers in the area the villa has visible stone throught the layout and is composed of 2 large bedrooms, both en-suite and a kitchen area overlooking the private pool. Sophia’s Beach House is an old family home, right on Stoupa Beach, that is converted into 4 luxurious and spacious apartments. Each has one bedroom, w/c with shower, open plan kitchen and living room. They are fully equipped and have a dish washer and washing machine. There are a/c units in the living rooms and in the bedrooms, along with ceiling fans. The property has a lot of space in the back, with a shared pool and big garden with fruit trees.

The house is built in the traditional settlement of Proastio (or Prasteio for the locals) in an olive grove. It is located 6km (less than 10 minutes by car) from Kardamili and 9km (about 15 minutes drive) from Stoupa. In the area there are many beaches (organized and not) as well as cafes, taverns and restaurants for all tastes and requirements. The nearest beach is Kalamitsi (about 4km) and is ideal for children.

Το κατάλυμα βρίσκεται εντός του οικισμού Στούπα σε μία από τις πιο ήσυχες γειτονιές και απέχει ελάχιστα λέπτα με τα πόδια από τις παραλίες της Καλόγριας και της Στούπας, τα σουπερμαρκετ και τα τουριστικά καταστήματα του χωριού.
