The apartment is located near the pool and includes a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 comfortable bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The outdoor space of the apartment leads to the pool and the main veranda with its own dining table, sofas and sun lounges. Children above the age of 8 are welcome. Epavli Sofia is in the seaside zone of Horto, at the distance of 30m from the beach (5min walk). The 1st floor apartment is 86m2, suitable for a four persons family or group with its own entrance. The yard and the garden is 308 m2. It is for rent throughout the year, minimum of stay is 5 nights, in July and August minimum of stay 7 nights and in winter period (December-February) minimum of stay is 90 nights, at a reduced price, utility bills and woods for the energy fireplace not included.

Horto is a small village an hour from the city of Volos and 10 min from Argalasti,the center of south Pelion.
