ONE minute walking to the beach, a newly renovated stone house with 2 bedrooms, a living room with open kitchen, Japanese tatami Deck for sitting or turned to the 3rd bedroom plus its own courtyard and rooftop to have the view for sunrise, the stars. Nestled along the coast, Kilada is a charming and peaceful fishing village, it offers a tranquil escape, while still providing essential conveniences like a supermarket, a few cozy coffe shops and tranditional taverns to meet your daily needs.

Perfect for couples or families with older children looking for a quiet and romantic stay. Guests can enjoy the peace of the private, walled garden, which hosts fruit trees, fragrant herbs, and beautiful potted plants, and swim in the pretty pool that is shared with the main house. The closest beach and restaurants are just a 10-minute walk, however, as the property is located on a hill above the town, (with the last part being a short, steep climb), some may want to rent a motorbike.

Diese traditionelle Steinvilla liegt etwas erhöht in Agios Georgios mit einer fantastischen Aussicht über das ägäische Meer und die näher gelegenen Inseln. St. George befindet sich etwas abseits des Ortes Poulithra, sehr ruhig gelegen und ohne Durchgangsverkehr. Die Villa ist umgeben von schönen, alten Olivenbäumen und vier Autominuten vom Strand entfernt. Auf der grossen Terrasse vor dem Haus geniesst man einen überwältigenden Blick auf das Meer.

The organized beach is 150 meters from the house. The apartment accommodates 3 people. It has one bedroom, 1 bathroom, kitchen, living room It is 10km from the center of the island and transportation for the summer months is possible by bus, boat, taxi and motorbike that you can rent.

Enjoy your stay in this peaceful place in the center of the island! Our apartment is just a five-minute walk from the main port. It is a place overlooking the central beach of Agios Mammas, suitable for couples and small families. The place has a king-size bed, a sofa bed for two people, and a baby cot can be provided. Just 100 meters away are the two most central beaches of the island!

It is a comfortable, spatious, bright apartment with a romantic, vintage atmosphere. It consists of 2 bedrooms, bathroom, fully equipped kitchen/sitting area, balcony and terrace.
