The apartment is really right on the sand with magnificent views of the garden and the SEA. Approx. 100 steps from the sea!! We've been renting the apartment for over 6 years on Airbnb. We've had more than 300 families stay with us. Maximum Airbnb rating! Over the course of this time, we have acquired expertise in hosting. We have contracts with a laundry, an air-conditioning company, and a "handyman" who is available 24 hours a day. The cleaning staff is excellent, they've been with us since the beginning.

Our recently renovated apt faces the beach and has an exclusive and gorgeous view to the ocean! There is only a garden with palm trees, birds, and a playground between our balcony and the sand. The apt is very cozy and can take large groups or families who want to rest and enjoy the sun. You will have coffee looking at the beach. Our building offers daily beach service, which includes tents, chairs and tables set up for our guests. Our building is 5 min away from the shops and supermarket

Strategically located between the Shopping Center and the Tourist Village of Capivari, which facilitates access and mobility throughout the city. You can leave your car parked in the building and go to Capivari, on a 15-minute walk, using the Main Avenue, which is flat, safe, wooded, illuminated, with sidewalk and bike path.

Peace and tranquility, with comfort and harmony. Manô's house is on the ground floor of Casinha Caiçara. The owner's house is in front of it, separate, but on the same plot of land. It has a private kitchen and a spectacular view. Contact with nature is the main objective. Being able to sleep to the sound of the sea and feeling that breeze are truly unforgettable and special moments. Studio with sea view, not shared, where you will enjoy nature and the beautiful Vermelha do Centro beach. The Studio has a simple kitchen with a stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and a clay filter. The living room has a fireplace, the bedroom has a double bed, a bedding kit, a blanket, pillows, and the bathroom has a shower stall and an electric shower. We are 2 km from the main shops in the neighborhood. We do not provide towels or toiletries and cleaning items.
