For 8 years, we have been renovating it constantly, and can say today that it is very comfortable: everything is new, and it has just been equipped with a swimming pool and air conditioning! Our teenagers love to go there, and we have a great time with the family. We wholeheartedly want you to enjoy it! Happiness is really in the meadow!

Terraces, huge gardens, saltwater pool, spa, petanque court, ping-pong, billiards, etc. Everything is there for your relaxation. The site is fully privatized for you! You also have a 80 m2 room on request. An ideal place for your holidays with family, friends, but also for your ceremonies, festivities.

Our accommodation is located in the heart of the Gers countryside in Sainte-Christie-d'Armagnac and is 4 km from Nogaro and its car circuit, 1.5 hours from the Pyrenees and the ocean, 15 minutes from Aignan and its swimming lake with slide and a tree climbing course. Our village of Ste Christie d'Armagnac has a unique site in Europe, classified as historical monuments (a castle wall made of dry earth, a feudal mound and its church)

It can accommodate up to 5 people, has 3 bedrooms upstairs (one smaller) and a bathroom. On the ground floor a large living room with TV, Wi-Fi, equipped kitchen, overlooking a large private garden. Located in the heart of the Armagnac vineyards, on the village of Panjas in the Gers, this family house of the beginning of the 20th century, with ancient charm and made of noble materials (wood, stone, old tiles...) is an old Armagnac distillery. It faces the Pyrenees Mountains, with stunning views, with its park and pool. Calm and rest ensured in a natural and comfortable setting. Welcome to the Gers!

35 m² studio in small independent house

Away from a small village in Bas Armagnac, quiet, with beautiful views of the surrounding countryside. Independent studio located next to our house, fully equipped: TV and DVD player but no DTT, Wi-Fi, a mezzanine with a large 160 bed and a folding sofa, kitchenette, bathroom, parking. 15 minutes from the Nogaro circuit, Barbotan-les-Thermes and its casino, Eauze and 35 minutes from Mont-de-Marsan.

Located in the city center of Nogaro, you have access to all shops on foot (supermarket, bakeries, butcher shop, restaurants, cinema, health center...). Also close to the famous race track. Located 15 minutes from the Nogaro racing circuit and 10 minutes from the Barbotan-les-Thermes thermal spa. Nearby, you have the Ferme au Cerf du Houga 10 minutes away, and you also have the village swimming pool 5 minutes away, open in July and August. You can also go boating on our pond and swim! We also offer crayfish fishing. Petanque court, ping pong table.

This cottage is perfect for a stay for two, you will enjoy a garden with a view of the Gers countryside, access to a very large swimming pool 14 m long and 7 m wide, with sunbathing, and a bench. For lovers of visits you are in the heart of Bas Armagnac, with beautiful properties to visit!!
