The sitting room balcony is the perfect place to enjoy your coffee. 17 stairs must be climbed to access the listing. The apartment is on the street side of our home and I will probably be in residence during your stay.

No pets, no smoking, and at least one guest must be 25 or older. The unit includes 2 canvas beach chairs and an umbrella set up on the beach (March 1 - Nov 1).
