Lovely duplex in Begur next to the sea and 10 minutes walking from l'Illa Roja" (beach), golf course very near. Girona airport is 50 minutes away. Ground floor entrance through the terrace with a beautiful porch and a large table . Living room with 55" TV, wifi and fully equipped kitchen. First floor with two double bedrooms, one of them with access to a small terrace with a table and two armchairs. Complete bathroom with shower. Services: parking, swimming pool and closed community garden.

Located in the Pals-Begur area (medieval towns), our villa is located 10-15’ by car from the most beautiful Costa Brava beaches 🏖️, 45’ from Girona and 1:30’ from Barcelona 🕍. Enjoy the swimming pool (8mx3m) the poolhouse during the warm season 🍹 and the fireplace and winter sports (2h from ski resorts ⛷️) in the wintertime 🪵. Also close to the Villa, you got wineyards, well-known golf clubs, and kids attractions.

Places of interest: the coves of Begur and villages of the Costa Brava, family activities, and restaurants and food. You'll love my place because of the light, the outdoors areas, the tranquility, the comfort, and the large space. My accommodation is good for couples, adventurers and families (with children). The house is fully equipped with a washing machine, air conditioning, stove, dryer, and full kitchen. Due to abusive Airbnb policies, it is not specified in the list.

HOUSE WITH SEA VIEWS NEAR THE CENTRE OF BEGUR

Charming house with sea views. Situated in a quiet location with a garden-an ideal place to relax. A 5 minute walk from the centre of Begur and 10 minutes from the beach. Alternatively it's a 2 minute drive to the beach or there's a bus service that stops just outside the property, which costs 1€. The house is situated in a quiet area which is ideal for both couples and families.
