E-house is located a few meters from the free beach (about 150), which can be reached through the comfortable stretch highlighted in the photo. In 2 minutes you will find yourself on a sandy beach that is reserved even on the busiest days. No lido present. A few steps away, in the opposite direction, there are the best restaurants and pizzerias in the city as well as numerous swimming pools open to the public. The large veranda is shared with the other apartment but is divided by a partition that provides privacy if necessary.

House located on the cliff of Punta Restuccia a few steps from the sea. Built according to the criteria of the Aeolian tradition, it is located on an upper floor accessible by independent external stairs. Equipped with two large bedrooms, both with sea and Strombolicchio views. The first one entering is used as a living room with a single bed, communicating with the kitchen and bathroom. The next room with a double bed has access to a small terrace from where you can admire wonderful sunsets in the direction of “Spiaggia Lunga”

Beautiful apartment built almost inside the sea. Located in Chianalea di Scilla, the Venice of the south, one of the most evocative villages in the world. A double bedroom, a living room with two additional beds, a kitchen and a bathroom. With a window and balcony overlooking the sea, it is furnished, equipped with air conditioning and Internet. It is located in a characteristic alley with a separate entrance, away from the noise of the main street. The bathing area and Chianalea village are within walking distance in 10 minutes and by elevator (open only in summer) located 1 minute from the house.
