Located in a safe and quiet neighborhood in South Jax Beach with restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Brand new floors, clean towels and clean bedding make our home a smart choice. Sunshine Park is 2 blocks away with skateboard park, children's playground/splash area, basketball and tennis courts, and exercise path.

Parking for 1 vehicle only Studio apt. attached to our house but privately separated. Centrally located in Jacksonville, only a ten minutes to the beaches, 12 minutes to mayo clinic. Unit has all you need for a week long stay or just one night. Full Kitchen and laundry. Decorative Lighted patio available for all guests. Comfortable Queen sized bed easily sleeps 2, crib available on request for infants younger than 2. Hosts are friendly and answer communications immediately. Thank you.
