The Upper Floor - Upstairs, you will find 3 stylish bedrooms offering beautiful views. The sleeping arrangements are designed to accommodate 8 guests in total. A key feature of our villa is privacy—each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom, ensuring maximum comfort for everyone. Outdoor & Entertainment - Step outside to your private oasis featuring a stunning infinity pool. The courtyard is equipped with a lounge area, an outdoor dining table, and a BBQ grill—ideal for alfresco dining. There is also an outdoor shower for your convenience. Bonus Areas & Parking - On the lower level in front of the house, there is a dedicated play and relaxation zone finished with artificial grass, perfect for children or sunbathing. The house is beautifully decorated and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Note: we are following the cleaning protocol! The house and it's outdoors space that our guests use are completely separated from all public access. It offers full privacy and seclusion, while enjoying both interior and various exterior areas within the complex. The house is in the center of old town, originally built in 1813, and was owned by a noble family Vlatkovic-Kontini. Newly renovated, it offers comfort and amenities needed for enjoyable vacation.
