The apartment, which has Wi-Fi, is located on the second floor of a fully renovated historic building, equipped with an elevator. It extends for a total area of 130 square meters on a single level, plus another 40 square meters of terrace which is accessed from an elegant staircase in the living room. Inside there are two bedrooms with double beds (160x200 in one and 140x200 in the other), air conditioning, heating and TVs also equipped with satellite antenna (at the time of the photos they were not yet present), two bathrooms equipped with a shower, a large and elegant living room also furnished with Sicilian details, equipped with a double sofa bed (usable upon request with an additional cost of 20 euros per person) and a wind, also equipped with air conditioning and TV, communicating through a wide opening with the kitchen area equipped with an oven, dishwasher, microwave oven, kettle, coffee machine, a table for the first breakfast and anythingelse necessary to make you feel at home; there is also a small laundry room, so as well as to allow you to comfortably, so as well to allow even long stays. The large furnished terrace equipped with an umbrella is ideal for spending pleasant moments. Location: Ten minutes from the central station and the taxi rank area, located in the heart of the historic center, between Via Maqueda and Via Roma, a few steps from some of the city's main monuments, including: Piazza Pretoria, the church of Martorana and Santa Caterina, the Quattro Canti (crossroads of ancient Palermo), the Cathedral and the Royal Palace, to mention only some of the beautiful monuments that are part of the Arabo-Norman route ( recognized as a UNESCO heritage). A few steps from the historic markets of Vucciria and Ballarò, but still located in a quiet and peaceful setting. In the evening, the nearby squares of Sant'Anna and Vucciria come alive, becoming the ideal place for a pleasant aperitif and opportunity for meeting and cultural exchange.
