It is two metro stops from Feria de Madrid, three from Barajas Airport and four from Nuevos Ministerios, as well as for sightseeing. It's also an ideal apartment to stay in while enjoying the breathtaking wonders of Madrid (shopping and sightseeing). Really well connected to the centre by metro or bus, or for visiting family (the M-40, M-11 and M-30 are nearby). The studio has 1 bedroom and can accommodate 3 people. Comfortable and modern 40 m² accommodation. It has an iron, Internet access (Wi-Fi), a hairdryer, air conditioning with a heat pump, and 1 TV. It is equipped with air conditioning and heat pump heating. The kitchenette is equipped with a fridge, microwave, washing machine, ceramic hob, crockery/cutlery, cooking utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer. This apartment enjoys a wonderful location in the city of Madrid. It is a few metres' walk from shops and restaurants, and a short distance from various means of public transport that connect you to the city centre in a few minutes. It can accommodate up to 3 people, with a luxurious finish and equipment, completely renovated and with no lack of detail. The room has a double bed, faces outwards with plenty of light, and has a bathroom with everything you need (shower gel, shampoo, a large shower, LED-lit mirror, etc.). The kitchen, which is American-style and connected to the living room, provides all the amenities and utensils you need to ensure you have every comfort during your stay. Although the studio has one room, it is spacious and there is a double bed, bedside tables and a built-in wardrobe. Although the apartment has only one bedroom, the bedroom has a double bed, a terrace and plenty of wardrobe space. In addition, the living room/dining room/kitchen has a very comfortable and practical sofa bed. The living/dining room also has a sofa bed. Other services: - fibre optic Wi-Fi connection, - TV, - towels, sheets, shower gel, shampoo, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, - possibility of requesting a cot at an additional cost (€30), - and the option of issuing an invoice. When you arrive at the apartment, I will greet you in person. If, for any reason, I'm unable to do so, I'll offer you the option of self check-in. Self check-in is from 4 pm to 6 pm. There is an additional charge of €20 for check-in between 6 pm and 9 pm, payable in cash by the guest when the keys are handed over. We have the option of self check-in during those hours, and it's free. Check-in is until 11 pm, as indicated in the house rules. If, due to circumstances beyond our control (flight delays, etc.), you arrive after 11 pm, I can offer you the option of someone meeting you in person (there is no possibility of self check-in, and check-in must be in person). In this case, you will have to pay €35 in cash when the keys are handed over. From 1 am to 2 am, €50. After 2:00 am, it is NOT possible to stay in the apartment. The guest will be responsible for the cost of the locksmith service in the event that the keys are lost or left inside the apartment (€150 to be paid to the locksmith before opening the apartment). Parties and noisy gatherings are strictly prohibited and will be sanctioned by the competent authorities. The beds and towels are prepared for the number of people indicated in the booking. It is not permitted to accommodate more people than those indicated in the booking. If you leave any belongings in the accommodation, it is your responsibility to take care of them. Although we undertake to keep them for a limited time, you must send someone on your behalf to collect them. It is important that you notify us of the loss of your belongings and that we inform you that they will be collected from a location other than the accommodation.

Fun and original, with an industrial-chic vibe, this 160 m² house has lots of natural light, a small garden, and a private parking spot. Downstairs there’s a large open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area (about 70 m² / 750 sq ft), with underfloor heating and AC in every room. The kitchen is fully equipped, and we provide bed linens, towels, and all the basics you’ll need for a comfortable stay. You’ll also find a small private gym on this floor. Upstairs are the three bedrooms: • The main bedroom has a 180 x 200 cm / 71 x 79 inches bed (King Size) and a private bathroom. • The second bedroom also has a 180 x 200 cm / 71 x 79 inches bed (King Size) and shares a bathroom with the third room. • The third bedroom, which is the smallest, has a trundle bed (90 x 200 cm). It can be pulled out to create two single beds (90 x 200 cm each), placed very close together—ideal for two kids or two people who are comfortable sharing close space.
