Comfortable and modern 40 m² accommodation. It has an iron, Internet access (Wi-Fi), a hairdryer, air conditioning with a heat pump, and 1 TV. It is equipped with air conditioning and heat pump heating. The kitchenette is equipped with a fridge, microwave, washing machine, ceramic hob, crockery/cutlery, cooking utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer. This apartment enjoys a wonderful location in the city of Madrid. It is a few metres' walk from shops and restaurants, and a short distance from various means of public transport that connect you to the city centre in a few minutes. If, due to circumstances beyond our control (flight delays, etc.), you arrive after 11 pm, I can offer you the option of someone meeting you in person (there is no possibility of self check-in, and check-in must be in person). In this case, you will have to pay €35 in cash when the keys are handed over. From 1 am to 2 am, €50. After 2:00 am, it is NOT possible to stay in the apartment. The guest will be responsible for the cost of the locksmith service in the event that the keys are lost or left inside the apartment (€150 to be paid to the locksmith before opening the apartment). Parties and noisy gatherings are strictly prohibited and will be sanctioned by the competent authorities. The beds and towels are prepared for the number of people indicated in the booking. It is not permitted to accommodate more people than those indicated in the booking. If you leave any belongings in the accommodation, it is your responsibility to take care of them. Although we undertake to keep them for a limited time, you must send someone on your behalf to collect them. It is important that you notify us of the loss of your belongings and that we inform you that they will be collected from a location other than the accommodation.
