With a small garden, high-quality furnishings and plenty of privacy, it is the ideal place for a relaxing stay for two, all in the heart of Paderborn. Please note: The stairs to the upper floor are a bit steeper, so you should be able to walk well. The accommodation is not suitable for children.

We rent furnished boarding apartments on a temporary basis. Boardinghouse Krawinkel is located in the heart of Paderborn's South Town. All apartments have a separate living and sleeping area. WiFi is available in every apartment. Apartments are mostly rented by business people. However, we are also happy to rent to private individuals who are planning a longer stay in Paderborn. Washing machines and dryers are available in the basement for a fee.

In our cozy and light-flooded apartment (approx. 76 m²) you can relax and feel comfortable. A stone's throw away are the fish ponds, which invite you to jog, walk and climb. The famous castle park can also be reached in about 15 minutes. Downtown is 10 minutes by car or about 40 minutes on foot. The well-equipped place is good for business travelers, couples and solo travelers. The supermarket "Kaufland" is a 5-minute walk from the house

It forms the historic city border of Paderborn. The unique charm of the building ensemble on the city wall immediately enchants you in the middle of the city. The apartment is located on the ground floor and was renovated in 2022 with high quality.

The room is located on the courtyard side of our farmhouse, which was built in the 1950s and renovated, right next to our horse stable. It is furnished in vintage style with old pieces of furniture that have been lovingly refurbished and exudes a lot of coziness that fits the rural area. In the immediate vicinity are several lakes that invite you to take a walk. The place is also an ideal starting point for cycling tours along the Lippe.

In this comfortable new apartment, in addition to the fully equipped kitchen, you can expect a chic bathroom with a rain shower, plenty of fresh towels and bathroom utensils for a maximum pleasant stay. The apartment also features underfloor heating and thus spreads a pleasant warmth in the rooms.
